Taking of any personal property from a person while armed with any

| Strong-arm Robbery: |
Taking of any personal property from a person by force or fear. |
| Stolen Vehicle: |
Taking of a vehicle not belonging to the subject without permission of
the legal owner. |
| Recovered Vehicle: |
Recovered stolen vehicle. |
| Theft from a Vehicle: |
Taking of personal property from an unlocked vehicle. |
| Auto Burglary: |
Taking of personal property from a locked vehicle. (must be signs of
forced entry) |
| Petty Theft - Vehicle: |
Taking of personal property from an unlocked vehicle with
a value less than $400 |
| Grand Theft - Vehicle: |
Taking of personal property from an unlocked vehicle with
a value more than $400 |
| Boat Burglary: |
Taking of personal property from a locked boat. |
| Commercial Burglary: |
Entering a business with the intent to commit theft or any other
crime. |
| Residential Burglary: |
Entering a residence with the intent to commit theft or any other
crime. |
