How do I get somebody out of custody?

If the person is here on new charges, the arresting agency has 72 hours to file bring the inmate before the court.  If there is a bail amount, you may contact a bail bonds to arrange to have the inmate bailed out prior to the 72 hour release.  (For a Bail Bondsmen check the yellow pages, near the facility where the inmate is housed, or near your home)

If the inmate is held on No Bail (unable to bail out) he/she will be released after the 72 hours has expired or the inmate has been seen by a Judge.

How long after bailing someone out, will they be released from jail?

We have no control over when an inmate will actually walk out the door.  Once we receive the bond from the bail bondsmen, the release process starts and can take up to 2 to 4 hours (with no interruptions). Actual release time will depend on how busy the jail is at the time.  We will release people as soon as we possibly can.  Your patience is requested at this time.

How long after inmate released from court, will they be released from jail?

We do not get court paperwork until 5pm.  So court releases usually happen between 5pm and 9pm.  As long as there are no interruptions within the facility.
