get somebody out of custody?
If the person is
here on new charges, the arresting agency has 72 hours to file bring the
inmate before the court. If there is a bail amount, you may contact a

release. (For a Bail Bondsmen check the yellow pages, near the

How long
after bailing someone out, will they be released from jail?
We have no
control over when an inmate will actually walk out the door. Once we
receive the bond from the bail bondsmen, the release process starts and
can take up to 2 to 4 hours (with no interruptions). Actual release time
will depend on how busy the jail is at the time. We will release people
as soon as we possibly can. Your patience is requested at this time. |
