This course is designed to prepare experienced dispatchers to serve as trainers for new employees. The course covers the role and duties of the Communications Training Officer position, adult learning concepts, mentoring, evaluating, and documentations of training. This course also includes communication skills, remediation, coaching techniques, legal aspects, cultural issues and work environment concerns.
