Designed to prepare students to instruct in basic academies in
compliance with POST voluntary instructor certification program. Topics
include: Basic instructional skills, POST learning domain workbook
categories and format, adult learning concepts, lessen plan development,
testing and remediation, facilitation skills, presentation skills, and
learning resources.
