WOMEN'S SELF DEFENSE COURSE

Classes are held one Saturday each month. Please call the Law Enforcement Training Center at (925) 427-8230, for date and time. Visa or MasterCard accepted for reservations.
 

8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., or by appointment for your group
 

The Law Enforcement Training Center (L.E.T.C.) is offering a Women’s Self Defense Course. The fee for the 4-hour course is $75.00 per person and is open to the public. Students must be over 18 years old, (16-17 years old with a parent attending).

The students will learn basic awareness techniques and several defensive moves to assist in warding off a potential threat. This course implements a hands on approach in a safe environment. The use of pepper spray  will also be covered. Using inert spray, students will practice proper handing and target acquisition.

All the instructors meet the following qualifications:

·        Full-time or Retired Police Officers

·        Law Enforcement Training Center Instructors (Police Academy)

·        Black Belt in Martial Arts
