The Contra Costa County Sheriff’s Office Records Unit is able to offer a convenient way to request public information regarding your crime reports, auto accident, restraining orders, arrest, etc. This website also enables the public to access application forms necessary for Bingo, Solicitor, Cardroom, Fortune-telling and Massage Operators permits and licenses. Other services provided by the Records Unit include Visa and Clearance Letters and Statistical information.

Forms are available for download in the Forms Center. If you have a question regarding any of the forms, you can also send an e-mail forms request to: recordsinfo@so.co.contra-costa.ca.us.

Information regarding the Megan's Law Database, Live Scan Fingerprinting, and Penal Code 290/457.1 registrations can be accessed through this website.
