In compliance with California’s Senate Bill 54 (the Values Act) and the Truth Act, the Contra Costa County Office of the Sheriff limits cooperation with federal immigration authorities to what is permitted by state law. We are committed to transparency and public trust, and we publish an annual report as required to keep our communities informed.
